MSMilan2023 provides you with the ideal platform to showcase your abstract or late-breaking abstract onsite in Milan and online around the world.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the online supplement of the Multiple Sclerosis Journal and on our website, mobile app & platform.

Deadline for submission of abstracts: 3 May 2023 (23:59 CEST)
Deadline for submission for late breaking abstracts: 5 July 2023 (23:59 CEST)

The full text of regular abstracts will be published 10 days prior to the joint meeting (Sunday, 1 October 2023) on the congress website. Late Breaking Abstracts will be published on the first day of the joint meeting (11 October 2023).

Abstracts may be featured as:

Oral Presentation

Select abstracts are accepted for oral presentation based on their scientific merits and their relation to the topics addressed in the scientific programme, and will be held in parallel sessions at the congress.

Poster Presentation

Authors of selected posters are provided a display area onsite at our congress, where they may highlight the key details of their abstract in a poster presentation (these are also on show during our Poster Sessions)

ePoster Only

All posters will also be featured as an ePoster, offering an ideal digital platform for you to share your latest work and insight with colleagues from around the world.

Awards

This year we are offering prizes in the following categories:

Best Young Investigator Oral Presentations:

Two prizes of €1500 each will be awarded to the two best oral presentations given by young investigators age 35 or younger (born on or after 1 January 1988) and for interrupted study time due to maternity/caring parents or other justified time off the clock, Prizes will be awarded during the Closing Session on Friday, 13 October 2023

Best Posters:

Prizes of €1000 each will be awarded to the five best poster presentations.

Additional Prizes:

Additional prizes will be awarded by the MS International Federation during the Closing Session on Friday, 13 October 2023.
